How can I place an order for Chef Joe's cookies?
You can order cookies through our Online Boutique or, if you happen to be in the area, we will also accept orders at our store location.
What flavors do Chef Joe's cookies come in?
You may order a dozen of either the chocolate chip, white chocolate macadamia, or toffee cookies. For those interested in trying all three, you may order a variety package, which includes four of each flavor.
How large are Chef Joe's cookies?
Chef Joe's cookies are approximately 3 inches in diameter.
How are Chef Joe's cookies packaged?
Chef Joe's cookies are sealed in a cello bag, wrapped in SoTish tissue, placed in a signature SoTish gift box, and tied with a beautiful organza ribbon. Each package also includes a gift enclosure card with your personal message and a card telling the story of Chef Joe's cookies.
Where can I pick up Chef Joe's cookies?
After placing an order, your cookies will be ready within 24 hours at our store located at 23 S. La Grange Road, in Downtown La Grange, Illinois.
Where can I ship Chef Joe's cookies?
SoTish will ship Chef Joe's cookies any where within the United States, except Alaska and Hawaii.
What information will you need to ship my order?
We will ask you for the name, full address including zip code, and telephone number for the recipient. We will also need your name, billing/payment information, telephone number and email address to confirm that your gift package has been shipped.
How can I pay for my order?
SoTish accepts Visa and Mastercard payments at the time the order is placed. If you make a purchase at our La Grange location, cash, gift certificates, or a personal check may also be accepted.
How can I be sure that my cookie order is fresh when delivered?
Chef Joe's cookies are made fresh to order, which is why we require a 24 hour processing time from order to shipping.
When can I expect my cookies to arrive?
UPS delivers Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you place your cookie order on Sunday, it will be shipped on Tuesday and should arrive on Thursday if you request 2nd day delivery; on Wednesday if you request next day delivery; in 2-5 business days if you request ground delivery. However, a specific delivery date or time cannot be guaranteed by UPS or SoTish.
May I request a specific ship date?
Yes, you may place your order and request a ship date beyond the 24 hour processing time. However, a specific delivery date or time cannot be guaranteed by UPS or SoTish.
How will I know that my order has shipped?
An email confirming that your order has been shipped will be sent to the email address you provide on the SoTish Online Boutique order form.
What happens if my order does not arrive, or arrives damaged?
We have partnered with UPS to ensure careful handling of your shipment and to minimize the risk that any thing will go wrong in the shipping process. However, should your order not arrive or arrive damaged, please call us at 708.588.1115.
