The launch of the SoTish Online Boutique is the catalyst for extending our reach beyond 23 South La Grange Road. Getting to this point has been relatively painless because of the vast knowledge and talent of the people with whom we are so fortunate to work.
From our very first discussion to the day of launch, the approachable style of Karen Green, of Lombard & Thomas Website Design, has made it easy to believe. Within the first few minutes talking with Karen, I knew she "got it". Her confident, can do, spirit convinced us from the beginning that almost anything was doable, one step at a time. Our sincere thanks to Joyce Smolen, owner of At the Gallery in Oak Park, for introducing us to Karen.
Tricia Woodruff is incredible. Karen said that she had the perfect partner to perform the required "nuts & bolts" programming to bring the SoTish Online Boutique to life. That turned out to be an understatement on her part. Not only does Tricia possess technological wizardry, but also her intuitive understanding of what our customers might prefer is a blessing.
We will always be thankful to Duffy Design Works for setting the foundation with a beautiful initial design of sotish.com. That original design captured the essence of who we are, and has enabled us to build upon it to offer our customers so much more.
Many thanks to Lennie Rose of Rise Public Relations, and Andrea Barnish of Luna Designs, for taking the time to look over the site with a critical eye. They are so in sync with SoTish that their comments are always of great value.
To Chef Joe, Shawn, Isa, Erin, Matt, Joe, the whole SoTish team, without whom none of this would mean anything. They consistently deliver to our customers and make it easy to progress with confidence. And because of Pat's high standards for excellence, and willingness to do whatever it takes, we are able to reach much further.
Of course, we are grateful to our loyal SoTish customers who motivate us to continually improve and grow to meet their needs and desires.
Our ability to move forward requires a great deal of encouragement. Fortunately, we have always had plenty of that from our family and friends. We take this step into a new stage at SoTish with the support and assurance that we so value. Thanks to all for being there for us.
