How To Purchase
The pictures on the SoTish website are representative of some of the merchandise we offer in our Decorative Arts Gallery. We encourage you to visit our shop in La Grange, browse our online boutique or to email or call us if you have an interest in an art piece that is pictured on our website. Since most of our La Grange gallery art pieces are one-of-a-kind, or few-of-a-kind, your selection may not always be available. Orders for a custom piece or a special order will require a 50% nonrefundable deposit, with the balance due upon pick-up or delivery of the order.
SoTish accepts Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Personal Checks with proper identification. A return fee of $25 will apply to all returned checks.
Shipping
SoTish will be happy to ship customer purchases to destinations in the United States. (Sorry, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.) Shipping costs will be a separate charge in addition to the price of the merchandise and must be paid prior to item being shipped. Carriers include U.S. Postal Services and UPS. Online Boutique orders are shipped via UPS.
Return Policy
Items Purchased in Our Store
Items eligible for return will be accepted within 14 days of the purchase date provided they are returned in perfect condition. No exception. If the return is made within 7 days of the purchase date, a refund for the full amount will be given. Within the 8th to the 14th day of the purchase date, store credit will be given. Please note that not all items are eligible for return. Gift receipts are available. Once received, custom or special orders may not be returned.
Items Purchased in Our Online Boutique
SoTish takes great pride in meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations. Therefore, if a Gift Gallery item purchased through the SoTish Online Boutique is damaged during shipping; or if you wish to return a Gift Gallery item, please contact SoTish directly for return authorization at 708.588.1115 (Tuesday through Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm CT) or via email at info@sotish.com. Please save the original packing materials. Requests for returns must be received within 7 days of the item delivery date. No refunds or credits will be issued without prior approval by SoTish.
